Simone established the CV Studio after noticing a common challenge among job seekers... They were talented people with valuable experience, skills and achievements who struggled to write about themselves and identify the right keywords to highlight their strengths.

Often, people know they are good at what they do but find it difficult to pop this into words. With a background in HR and recruitment, Simone understands what employers look for and how to create CVs that highlight relevant skills, achievements and keywords to help candidates stand out.

Growing up on a dairy farm in Franklin, Simone has always had a genuine passion for rural life and supporting others. She completed a Bachelor of Business before beginning her career in HR and recruitment, initially working with local HR and recruitment company People Passion, followed by an international arboriculture company.

Outside of work, Simone keeps busy with her hubby and beautiful girls, maintaining their lifestyle block and caring for their large furry pets. She also enjoys walking and soaking up the sun in beautiful Pauanui.
