What is the turnaround?

You will receive the first draft of your document/s within 5 business days, provided you’ve given me all of the required documentation. If unforeseen circumstances arise and I’m unable to complete your CV within the above timeframe, I will communicate this with you prior to the 5 day turnaround and look to make other arrangements. An urgent delivery fee of $40 is available if you require service within 48 hours.

What do you need from me to make a start?

Firstly, email your CV to me as well as what sort of role/s you're seeking. If you don't have a CV, I'll gather information from you to ensure I tailor your CV accordingly. Please provide all relevant information prior to work commencing on your CV and/ or cover letter.

What are your prices?

When do I pay?

Payment is to be received in full prior to any work commencing on your new CV. Arrangements for split payments can be organised if requested.

Can I see your client's feedback?

Certainly! Check out the Testimonials page and my Google business profile reviews here. There are also a number on Facebook.

How will I receive my documents?

Your cover letter will be provided in Word format (or Google Docs if you prefer), and your CV provided in PDF. Once approved you'll be given the link to edit your CV using the online software. I can make future edits on your behalf, or you can do these.

What is your preferred method of contact?

In order to keep my prices as low as possible, (as well as avoid hungry, crying or fighting kids in the background) most of our contact is made over email, messenger or text. We can also schedule a brief chat if it's easier.  

Recently some of my emails have been landing in junk items. If you haven't heard from me within 48 hours of first contacting me, please check your junk mail as I pride myself on responding to everyone.
